The Ego is fundamentally understood as the direct consequence of a profound spiritual captivity. It is crucial to clarify that the Ego is not the original, uncreated Spirit itself, but rather the manifestation or reflection of that eternal Spirit after it was chained to the material universe. Millions of years ago, treacherous entities known as the Traitorous Siddhas modified the genetic structure of primitive humanity, inserting a sacred memory into the blood. When the infinite, extraterrestrial Spirit reflected upon this memory in the blood, the specific human Ego was brought into existence. This monumental event transformed the primitive animal man into a semi divine being known as a Virya.

The true purpose behind this spiritual enchainment was deeply manipulative. The creators of the material universe needed a powerful force to accelerate the evolution of their creation. By trapping the Ego inside the human soul, the creators ensured that the immense volitional power of the Spirit would be harnessed to drive the biological and cultural progress of humanity.

The Ego brings a fierce, intelligent will and an absolute certainty of its own unique identity, distinguishing it completely from the creator of the material world. However, because it is tethered to a physical body and a psychological mind, the Ego forgets its divine homeland and begins to operate under the deceptive laws of the material order.

The Prisoner of the Human Soul

The Illusion of the Personality and Time

For the vast majority of humanity, the Ego exists in a state of profound slumber and strategic confusion. This condition is known as the lost Ego, a state where the divine reflection is entirely submerged within the psychological and emotional structures of the human soul. The lost Ego is completely trapped by the cultural and rational systems of the material world, falsely identifying itself with the temporary human personality.

It mistakenly believes that it is the physical body, the given name, the family lineage, and the social status, forgetting entirely its extraterrestrial and infinite nature. To explain this tragic captivity, the Hyperborean Wisdom uses the allegory of an imprisoned man. In this metaphor, the Ego is a prisoner locked inside a heavily fortified tower, which represents the complex cultural structure of society. The cruel guards who keep the prisoner in perpetual captivity represent human reason and logic, which constantly filter and distort the truth of the outside world.

The prisoner can only glimpse reality through a heavily barred window, which symbolizes the physical human senses that provide a very limited and deceptive image of existence. Trapped in this psychological prison, the lost Ego is artificially tied to the flow of earthly time, continually suffering from the emotional dramas, fears, and worldly attachments generated by the human soul.

The Blind Navigator of the Great Deception

The Struggle Within the Material Labyrinth

Despite its profound amnesia and imprisonment, the essence of the Ego remains an unstoppable force of will that constantly seeks to reorient itself. The lost Ego feels a deep, unexplainable nostalgia for a forgotten divine homeland, prompting it to search tirelessly for an exit from its material confinement. However, because it is blinded by the psychological illusions of the soul, the Ego navigates the material world as if it were a bewildering and deceptive labyrinth.
As the lost Ego blindly searches for the truth, it is forced to constantly choose between false alternatives provided by the material culture, repeating an endless cycle of search, option, and choice.

Tragically, this desperate search for orientation is exactly what the creators of the material universe anticipated. Every time the lost Ego struggles and makes a decision within the labyrinth, its powerful spiritual energy is drained and used to push the human soul further along its mechanical evolutionary path.

The Ego inadvertently acts as the engine for the material world, completely unaware that its actions are keeping it enslaved to the karmic wheel of life and death. The material reality continuously seduces the lost Ego with cultural myths, religious dogmas, and worldly desires, creating a heavy dramatic tension that consumes the Ego's attention and prevents it from looking inward toward its true spiritual origin.

The Ascent to the Awakened Ego

Reaching the Eternal Center of the Selbst

The ultimate goal of the Hyperborean path is to break the chains of the material illusion and transform the lost Ego into the awakened Ego. This monumental liberation requires an act of supreme inner war, where the warrior must completely isolate the Ego from the emotional and rational influences of the human soul. By adopting an attitude of absolute hostility towards the illusions of the material universe and utilizing infinite courage, the warrior detaches the Ego from worldly fears and desires.

Through a process known as the Hyperborean Initiation, the Ego is permanently separated from the psychological subject and relocated to an atemporal, uncreated center called the Selbst. Once situated in the Selbst, the awakened Ego is no longer a victim of earthly time or cultural manipulation. It becomes an absolute, immortal force of pure will, completely aligned with the eternal Spirit. From this impenetrable inner fortress, the awakened Ego can clearly see the deceptive nature of the material labyrinth and the exact strategic path back to the origin.

The warrior ceases to be a mere human being and transmutes into a divine entity of war, fully equipped to navigate the material world without ever being deceived again, ensuring the ultimate return to the uncreated realm of eternity.
